Upon engagement of any services or indirect services offered within this website, you understand and agree to be bound by he terms and conditions as stated below:

Terms

“Claires Healing Academy” is a trading name.

"Products" are physical products supplied and re-sold by The Company, to The Receiver with no guarantee as to their suitability for use by the receiver. This includes all documentation supplied by the company.

"Services" are treatments provided by the company, to the receiver whether in-person or remotely.

The "representatives" of “Claires Healing Academy” will be known either collectively or individually as “The Company”.

The “receiver” will be defined as the person whom receives products or services from The Company and also includes those individuals that inturn receive products or services passed on from someone who originally received them from the company.

Expectations

The Company cannot not make any promises to you as to the outcome of a product or service supplied, as it is up to the receiver to accept the treatment as it is intended and therefore the company can only guide the receiver toward the intended treatment expectation. The products and services provided by The Company are provided without guarantee of results. The Company takes no responsibility for the receivers application of the products and services presented, or any effect they may or may not have upon the receiver or another that the products or services may subsequently be used upon. The receiver is solely responsible for the use of these products and services whether they be upon the original receiver or another. The Company disclaims any liability for your use of products or services or any information provided.

Legal & Medical Advice

The company is not qualified to provide legal or medical advice.

The services offered are alternative healing practices and they, in no way should replace the care of your medical doctor. The services work wonderfully alongside traditional medicine but they are no substitute for a doctors care and advice. It is recommended that you see a doctor or health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. The information and opinion provided by The Company is not in anyway intended as psychotherapy, psychiatry, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Predictions

The company will not accept responsibility for any loss or damages caused as a direct or indirect result of the use or misuse of any information contained on this website, or through any readings or predictions. Readings and predictions will only be given to people aged 18 and over.

Please note any predictions or readings are a scientific experiment, the results of which cannot be guaranteed. Therefore predictions and reading should be regarded as suitable for entertainment purposes only.
