In the cocoon stage, sometimes not a lot appears to be happening although subconsciously and consciously ideas are gestating and changing. Sometimes we can feel a bit lost at this stage.

Then comes the final transformation to beautiful, colourful floating butterfly! The wings pump with blood and we are free to float into our new world; flitting about seeing things from a whole new perspective.

To wear or have around you the symbol of butterflies is to state your intention to flutter through life in joy. Butterfly Empowerment teaches us that patience brings its rewards and, as long as we keep working and developing ourselves, the final glorious butterfly stage will come.

To wear butterfly is to set your target like an archer -- "joy is my goal; joy is my reality; joy will come; joy is here now".

When we encounter butterflies in our daily lives, they are a joy to find and a very good totem.

Wolf Empowerment

Wolf Empowerments help us establish a stronger connection with the qualities of that which we are being empowered to.

Wolf energy is very powerful and wise. This empowerment is to activate that which already lies within you; the power and the medicine of the wolf.

Wolves are related to knowledge, guardianship, loyalty and Spirit. They have a strong sense of family and loyalty; often mating for life.

If you spend time alone with a wolf, you soon learn that they bond to one or two humans.

They may accept others but often grieve to the point of illness if they lose contact with the human that they first bonded with. They are highly intelligent and maintain rules and ritual within their own families or packs. Often they are pictured in art with a full moon in the background or framing them. This is because their cycle of power is the full moon. Twilight is also a power time for them and this is often the time of the first cries of the night. Howling at the moon is very freeing.

The Wolf Empowerment teaches freedom that is found through discipline. They have strong social boundaries and are respectful of pack members. They avoid fighting if any way possible. They have very keen senses & have often been associated with psychic abilities.

Hummingbird Empowerment

This empowerment comes through the joy and bliss of the humming bird that drinks of the beautiful flowers on this earth home.

The flower that our hummingbird will drink from is the Flower Of Life that feeds and nourishes our bodies.

We also have a flower within our hearts. It is a red rose. It is our connection to the Flower Of Life - a flower within.

Known for happiness and joy, the hummingbird represents a love for life. The feathers of a hummingbird have even been used to make love charms. The color that most attracts them is the color red which also represents the heart and love.One of the widespread beliefs is that hummingbirds are messengers between worlds. As such, they help shamans keep nature and spirit in balance.

For the hummingbird, life is a delight flitting about from one flower to another. Plants flower and continue to thrive year after year because of the hummingbirds visitations.

Owl Empowerment

When attuned to the energies of the owl, you will have access to its attributes.

Owl medicine is associated with clairvoyance, astral projection and magic.

Since time immemorial, humanity has been afraid of the night, the dark and the unseen - waiting fearfully for the first light of morning.

Conversely, night is Owl's friend. It has great awareness of all that is around it at all times. It has predator vision, which means it sees clearly what it looks at. It has great intuition and the courage to follow its instincts. It is a meat eater, which means it can be a fierce warrior if challenged or if something dear to it is threatened.
